• Portrait: 8.5 × 11 in, 300 dpi (2550 × 3300 px)
• Landscape: 17 × 11 in, 300 dpi (5100 × 3300 px)

- Must be exclusive and unpublished

* If the images submitted do not meet these requirements they will be rejected

- Submitter must provide information regarding the entire team who worked on the submission along with styling credits and instagram handles of each team member.

- Submission must include a credit document including the following:

• File name for each image
• Credits for each team member that worked to help create that image
• Location of each image
• Optional, if you would like to include your camera, lens and settings for each image

* If we can not align which credits are for which image, or you do not include credits of any kind, your submission will be rejected

- Upon approval of your submission, you will be sent a digital contract to verify that you are the copyright holder or that you have been given permission by the copyright holder to submit the submitted work.

- Upon reviewing submissions, CREO Magazine reserves the rights to accept or deny any submission we receive. Submissions are reviewed based on their content, quality and relevance. CREO Magazine looks to publish the highest quality work.

- As a contributor, all the images you submit for any feature in CREO Magazine must be copyright free. The submitted works must be all done by yourself, or you must provide proof that you have permission to submit. If which ever submission(s) get involved with any copyright entanglement because of the above, your eligibility will automatically be revoked. You will be responsible for all the legal consequences under all circumstances regardless of CREO Magazine’s awareness or not.
